Luxury Villa for Rent

WEDDING & SPECIAL EVENT POLICIES

 

Event fees below will be added to the standard rental rates at the final balance:

• U$ 500 up to 25 total attendees including in-house guests;

• U$ 1,000 for 26–50 total attendees including in-house guests;

• U$ 1,500 for 51–100 total attendees including in-house guests;

• U$ 2,000 for 101–200 total attendees including in-house guests;

• U$ 2,500 for 201–250 total attendees including in-house guests;

• U$ 3,000 for 251–300 total attendees including in-house guests;

 

A minimum of a 3-day rental required (7-day rental during high season and holiday weeks).

 

Event Planner's staff is responsible for the following:

• Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.

• All event-planning functions;

• Cleaning of common areas of the Villa at the end of the event;

• All catering service.

 

Security deposit: $ 1,000 cash per event. The deposit is fully refundable in cash at check-out always when no major damage to the property is not reported by the staff. All events require permission by written.
